FILMS
Documentaries have my heart. I began the typical route into the industry working as a runner but quickly realised for me to get where I wanted to go, I had to make my own content. Which lead me back to the documentary form, where I explore the themes of race, heritage, and culture.
My work has traveled the film festival circuit and broadcasted on BBC 3, BBC News, and Londo Live. Receiving funding from BFI and The Arts Council.
My latest co-creation is We Are Nature. An audio-driven piece capturing the stories of the Black and Brown women who are changing the British landscape through their activist work in nature. A film about joy and the healing elements of the outdoors, even in the face of resistance.
As my journey continues with film, I am looking forward to combining energy healing, sonic sounds and visuals together.
