Sekhem Gong Bath - An Afternoon of Rest
Overview
A November afternoon to pause, honour the ancestors, and rest. An immersive gong bath with Sekhem healing.
Full description
November is a month to honour the ancestors a time to turn gently towards those who came before us.
So this is an invitation to pause. To stop. To take a moment not only for ourselves, but for those in our lineage who may never have had the chance to rest. We cannot give them that rest now, but we can honour them by claiming it for ourselves, in this moment, and letting it move through us.
In a world that asks us to keep going, that is no small thing.
Lie back, let go, and be bathed in the vibrations of the gong and other instruments a deeply restorative sound journey, release what you’re holding, and return you to stillness.
Woven through the sound is Sekhem an ancient energy system that supports the body to soften, ground, and come home to itself.
What to expect
You’ll rest comfortably, fully clothed, lying down, nothing is asked of you but to receive.
The gong and healing instruments guide you into deep relaxation, a meditative state where the body can finally let go.
Sekhem energy moves through the space, supporting release and restoration.
Wear warm, comfortable clothing and bring anything that helps you feel at ease an eye mask, an extra layer, water.
Doors open at 3.20pm and will be starting at 3.30pm
