As a Sekhem Master Initiate,  Sekhem is about the remembrance of self, returning home to who we truly are, stepping into our authority, truth, and power. It is a universal, multidimensional energy healing system of love that roots and anchors us, like the roots of a tree, so we can move forward.

Everyone's journey with Sekhem is different. But it calls you. And once you begin to receive and work with this energy with humility, with willingness to let the ego go it will guide you deeply on this journey of life.

The Roots of Sekhem

Sekhem is a powerful healing lineage with connections to the ancient temples of Kemet, known today as Egypt and to the Neteru Sekhmet. It is combined with the softer energies of the Reiki and Seichim lineages, creating a rich and layered energy medicine modality with connections to ancient Kemet, Sirius, and Saturn.

Its symbols can be seen on the walls of the temples. Kemet was a centre of knowledge people travelled from far and wide to study with the priests and priestesses and to be initiated into the healing arts.

How Sekhem Works

Sekhem works across multiple dimensions of your being. Dense energies are removed and sacred symbols are used, creating harmony throughout the layers of your body, mind, and energy field. It meets you where you are and works with what is ready to shift.

Jaha holds her practice with integrity and accountability, trained in ethics, trauma-informed, safe working and decolonisation, and held accountable to her teacher and the Sekhem lineage.

Who is Sekhem for?

Sekhem is for those who are ready to go inward. Those navigating transition, grief, burnout, or a deep sense of knowing that something needs to shift. It is also for those already on a spiritual path who want to go deeper.

Sessions & Offerings

You will be fully clothed and invited to lie down as energy is channelled through the hands. What arises is unique to each person some experience warmth, colour, emotion, or deep stillness. There is no right or wrong way to receive.

Sessions last approximately 60 minutes. Afterwards there is time to share, integrate, and ask questions.

One to one sessions are available online and in person, and can be combined with Sound for a deeply layered healing experience.

Group sessions are offered for communities, team wellbeing days, and creative workshops, brought to your space.

Attunements

An attunement is an initiation an opening of your energy field to receive and channel Sekhem for yourself and others. Level 1 attunements are available for those new to the path. All attunements are held in an intimate group setting with full guidance and support.

Jaha is currently a Sekhem Master Initiate practitioner, on the path to becoming a Master Teacher Initiate.
