The gong is one of the oldest musical instruments in the world. Archaeologists have unearthed gongs built almost four thousand years ago, used as shamanic healing tools, celebratory instruments, and a method of communication across cultures and time.
The sounds created by the gong cannot be predicted. You cannot know where the sound will travel next. It requires you to listen, to be present, to surrender. It invites you to travel within into the parts of yourself that are ready to be explored, released, and renewed.

Combining Sound and Sekhem is a beautiful union of vibrations co-creating, communicating with each other, and supporting you in body, mind, and spirit.
Those who come to these sessions are often seeking support to ground back into their bodies, to reconnect with their hearts, and to release what no longer serves them so they can begin to step into their truth and power.

Sound sessions are accompanied by a range of healing instruments alongside the gong, creating a rich and immersive sonic experience.
One-to-one sessions are available online and in person, and can be combined with Sekhem for a deeply layered healing experience.
